A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:
Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy and seizures in the past, anyone taking heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support or experiencing an acute emotional or spiritual crisis.
People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
This list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here to consult a physician before participating in these breathing sessions.
By participating in a session, the client acknowledges that the person facilitating is not a doctor or psychiatrist, or a specialist in health care, and that the activities offered are not intended to treat and diagnose specific medical conditions, whether physical, psychological or emotional.
The client voluntarily participate in these activities knowing the risks and consequences and agree to assume all responsibilities.
Program Overview: a mentorship program is a tailored, individual approach to development, typically the engagement is 6 months at the time, with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, delivered as virtual meetings, the mentee have also the option to have whatsapp support available.
Participant Requirements: Mentees must be committed to the program's timeline, actively participate in all sessions, and complete any assigned work between meetings to foster personal and professional growth.
Mentor Responsibilities: The mentor will provide guidance, feedback, and resources tailored to the mentee's goals and needs, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the program.
Fees and Payment: Details the total cost, payment schedule (e.g., upfront or in installments), acceptable payment methods, and the refund policy in case the mentee decides to withdraw from the program will be defined in the initial call and formalized in the welcome letter that should be signed by both parties.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, protecting personal and business-related discussions from disclosure outside the mentorship. Unless explicitly agreed.
Termination Policy: Conditions under which the mentorship can be terminated, include breach of contract, failure to make payments, or mutual agreement if the program is not meeting the mentee's expectations.
Limitation of Liability: The mentor is not legally responsible for the mentee's business or life decisions or the outcomes of those decisions based on the mentorship guidance.
